Declaration to the Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS)

Maximator GmbH manufactures high pressure technology, hydraulics, pneumatics and testing equipment. Our products are either stationary systems or are installed in other machines or systems that do not fall under the scope of the EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending Annex II. To our knowledge, these products are also not part of products that fall under the above-mentioned scope.

Nevertheless, Maximator GmbH voluntarily endeavours to comply with the environment policy goals of this Directive, even in the industrial field, which is why all electrical and electronic devices installed in our products are procured in line with the Directive 2011/65/EU and the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending Annex II. Our suppliers have a duty to comply with the RoHS.
