Hydroline EasyX Configuration instead
of Engineering

Hydroline EasyX is the new generation
of pneumatically driven high-pressure hydraulics.
Using clearly defined modules, users configure their
hydraulic unit for oil or water applications exactly to their
needs – flexible, efficient, and ready for immediate use.

THE MODULAR HYDRAULIC LINE OF COMPACT UNITS UP TO 4,000 BAR

A pneumatically driven system that operates without electrical connections, significantly simplifying installation, operation, and safety. The modular platform enables true, precise configurability for the first time – users assemble their unit from clearly defined modules, exactly according to their requirements.

Configuration instead of engineering – for increased safety and maximum availability.

Our Hydroline EasyX Story

For decades, hydraulic power units were custom-designed and laboriously manufactured - each one a unique project. Drawing on more than 50 years of experience, Maximator is now taking this approach to a new level and, with the Hydroline EasyX, is establishing a new standard in high-pressure hydraulics that significantly simplifies and accelerates the entire process, from product selection to delivery.

The system itself is intentionally kept simple: EasyX requires only compressed air. This makes installations more flexible and reduces both risks and costs. In addition, users benefit from the typical advantages of compressed-air-powered hydraulics: The pump stops automatically when the final pressure is reached, maintains the pressure over long periods without consuming energy or generating heat loss, and automatically compensates for leaks. A wide range of accessories facilitates testing, measuring, and adaptation - ideal for a variety of applications.

Thanks to its modular design, the system also achieves something that was previously unheard of in high-pressure hydraulics: true configurability of a power unit. Users can assemble an EasyX system exactly to their specifications - with clearly defined modules, reliable combinations, and a wide range of options. Sources of error are minimized, and on-time delivery is maximized. What once had to be custom-engineered can now be precisely configured.

Maintenance also follows the “keep it simple” principle: The pump module can be easily removed, allowing technicians direct access to the pump. This minimizes downtime, reduces service costs, and makes the system more sustainable and cost-effective overall.

Hydroline EasyX thus marks the transition from traditional custom solutions to a modern, standardized platform: digital, modular, compressed-air-based, and for the first time fully configurable. A system that offers users less effort, greater safety, and significantly greater efficiency in daily use.
