Certification of all MAXIMATOR products for the Russian Federation

The federal law on the technical regulation (TR) became valid in September 2010. In this way, numerous areas which were previously subject to the GOST-R certification are now assigned to the TR certification in Russia. Products excepted from this certification are those used in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX). The certification required for this must be applied for each individual case.
Furthermore, the authorisation of Rostechnadzor (RTN permit – comparable with an operating permit), the federal service for ecological, technological and atomic monitoring of Russia has been applied for the Maximator GmbH’s product range. The issuance of the certificate is expected by the end of April 2013. The RTN permit is a certificate which officially permits the commissioning of technical plants or equipment. This certification is often especially mandatory in the oil and gas industry.
