After submitting the form you have the possibility to print out your data transmitted to us. We will contact you immediately after receiving the form to resolve the issue.

If, in the event of a complaint, you have no opportunity to send us your machine or system, please complete our return form and activate the check-back box "Callback requested". We will contact you immediately to solve the problem.
